Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 27/9/2026

Welcome to the official website of Sam Ezra. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About This Website

This website provides information about Sam Ezra, including music, videos, creative projects, news, and other related content. Certain features, products, or services may be added in the future.

2. Copyright & Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, the music, recordings, compositions, artwork, photographs, videos, logos, written content, and other original materials presented on this website are owned by or used with permission by Sam Ezra and/or the applicable rights holders.

All rights are reserved.

Nothing on this website grants you ownership of Sam Ezra's music or other copyrighted material merely because you access, stream, purchase, or download it.

3. Music Use

Sam Ezra's music is not released under a Creative Commons license.

Purchasing or downloading a track does not grant permission to redistribute, resell, repackage, sublicense, or commercially exploit the original recording or composition.

4. Fan-Made Projects

Fan-made, non-commercial projects may use Sam Ezra's music, including:

  • Fan edits

  • Fan videos

  • Fan animations

  • Anime or other entertainment edits

  • Other non-commercial creative fan projects

This is an allowance for fan-made use and is not a Creative Commons license or general commercial-use license.

Where practical, users are encouraged to provide appropriate credit to Sam Ezra and identify the song used.

Sam Ezra reserves the right to withdraw this allowance for a particular project or use where necessary.

5. Content ID & Automated Claims

Some Sam Ezra recordings may be registered with YouTube Content ID or other automated rights-management systems.

If you use a registered recording in a video, your video may receive an automated copyright claim even when the use falls within the fan-made project allowance described above.

Where supported by the applicable rights-management system, Sam Ezra's preference is for eligible fan-made videos to remain available rather than be removed solely because they contain Sam Ezra's music.

A claim may result in advertising revenue or other monetization being assigned to the applicable rights holder according to the platform's policies and settings.

Sam Ezra does not guarantee that every platform will apply claims, monetization, or other rights-management measures in the same way.

6. Commercial Use & Licensing

The fan-made project allowance does not grant permission for commercial use.

Commercial use, synchronization in commercial productions, advertising, resale, redistribution, or other uses requiring a specific copyright license require separate permission.

Sam Ezra may accept or decline licensing requests at their discretion. Submission of a request does not guarantee that permission will be granted.

7. Collaborations

Collaborations with Sam Ezra are handled separately from the general music-use policy.

Ownership, credits, revenue splits, distribution rights, and other terms for a collaboration may be established through a separate agreement between the participating parties.

8. Downloads & Digital Products

Where digital products are offered for purchase, the purchaser receives the rights expressly stated for that product.

Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright ownership or grant permission to redistribute the original files.

Specific product licenses may contain additional terms.

9. Website Content

You may view and share links to publicly available pages from this website.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, redistribute, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the website's original content without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

10. Takedown Requests

Although non-commercial fan-made projects are generally permitted under this policy, Sam Ezra reserves the right to request that a particular use of the music be removed.

A takedown request may be made where, for example:

  • The use is commercial or promotional without permission.

  • The music is being redistributed or made available for download.

  • The music is being presented as someone else's original work.

  • The use is misleading, deceptive, or falsely implies endorsement or affiliation.

  • The use falls outside the fan-made allowance.

  • There is another legitimate copyright or rights-management concern.

Where reasonably possible, Sam Ezra may contact the uploader or platform and identify the specific content concerned.

A takedown request does not necessarily mean that every use of the music is prohibited; requests will be considered in relation to the circumstances and applicable rights.

11. Disputing a Claim or Takedown

If you believe that a copyright claim, takedown request, or other rights-management action involving your fan-made project was made in error, you may contact Sam Ezra through the contact information provided on this website.

A dispute should include:

  • Your name or creator name

  • A link to the affected project

  • The Sam Ezra recording used

  • A description of how the recording was used

  • The reason you believe the claim or takedown is incorrect

  • Any relevant claim or reference information supplied by the platform

Sam Ezra will review legitimate disputes in good faith.

If a claim was made through a third-party platform such as YouTube, you may also have dispute or appeal procedures available through that platform. Those procedures may have their own requirements and deadlines.

Submitting a dispute does not guarantee that a claim will be released or a takedown reversed.

12. Good-Faith Disputes

Users are encouraged to contact Sam Ezra before escalating a disagreement where possible.

Likewise, Sam Ezra will endeavor to avoid unnecessary takedowns of fan-made projects that fall within the stated fan-content allowance.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

13. Third-Party Platforms

This website may link to third-party services such as music streaming platforms, social-media platforms, video platforms, distributors, payment providers, or other services.

Those services operate under their own terms and policies. Sam Ezra is not responsible for the policies, availability, or operation of third-party services.

14. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated as the website, music catalog, products, and services develop.

The updated version will be posted on this website with a revised "Last updated" date.
